Similarly, all electric motor manufacturer’s we use on pump assemblies have their own warranties which we honor. Our primary motor manufacturer is WEG.

In the event that a motor , pump, shaft coupling or any component were to fail within the components warranty period, simple contact E.C. Roseberry Co. Inc. for instructions on how to process the warranty claim.

Parts Support
Parts for Roper pumps are readily available through E.C. Roseberry Co. Inc. , or through the network of Roper Pump distriutors whoa re located throguout the USA.
With each stand-alone pump and pump assembly we supply, we include a documentation package which includes a parts list and breakdown drawing, making it easy to identify, by part number, any replacement part you may need to maintain your pump and keep it in good repair.

Payment Terms
Our preferred method of payment is by Mastercard or Visa. We can extend 30 day payment terms if credit is approved by our accounting department following a standard credit check.
If you wish to be invoiced with 30 day payment terms, we will require a list of 3 credit references and name of your bank, bank telephone number, and bank officer associated with your account. A further option is to ship to you COD.

Leadtime
For complete motorized pump assemblies, normal leadtime is 4-5 weeks to ship. Delivery for stand-alone pumps is 3-4 weeks.
If your require a quicker delivery, please contact us – it is very likely we can make delivery in significantly shorter time, but we would have to discuss various options with you to accomplish a “rush” delivery. Please call or email us your delivery requirements.

Shipping Methods
Motorized pump assemblies are shipped by tuck on a wood pallet. Freight charges can be prepaid and added to your invoice or we can ship collect. Please advise us your preference.
For Series A stand-alone pumps shipments are by UPS. Pumps are packaged in cartons. For 3600 Series stand-alone pumps shipments are by truck. Pumps are packaged on wood pallet.

Approval Drawings
In response to your Request for Quote, we will email or fax to you a detailed written quotation for your pump or pump assembly. Along with the quote, we will provide a drawing of the assembly which shows the components to be used, the critical dimensions of the assembly, the position of inlet and discharge ports, etc.
We ask that you review the drawing carefully and if it meets your satisfaction we ask that your sign it as “approved” and fax back to us with your order. This insures that the pump assembly we build is exactly what you are expecting, with no surprises.
